When the days were too hot or too wet, I whipped out the box of art stuff- fingerpainting, markers, or Play-Doh, and let the kids have it. Surina bought a foam puzzle of a Triceratops with her own money and enjoyed having either Mom or Dad build it for her. She is improving every time we set it up- more pieces. I call her the Queen of Dinos.
