Due to financial means, allergies and time, we decided to cancel our annual Christmas tree farm. But because I was being a Scrooge, I decided to make a fake tree out of scraps we had around the house. It came out really nice, but the kids said, "It is too small!" A friend of mine loaned their 7 1/2 feet tall tree, and they said, "Wow!" The kids trimmed the tree with their Hallmark ornaments and I told them stories about what each ornament meant for them that year. I couldn't resist adding the last one- a shiny bum.

I still wonder how long your kids will let pictures like these stay online. Of course, if they never see them... Anyways, I enjoyed browsing through :)
